Anonymous: How do you make your calves slim, are there any exercise?

Sure are!
When slimming calves what you do NOT want to do is any kind of exercise that provides resistance to your legs.  This means if you’re running on a treadmill you do not want to run at an incline.  Resistance builds muscle and that’s the last thing you want to do. When you’re trying to do slim calf exercises you want to avoid any activities that require you to use a lot of strength or speed.  Avoid workouts like squats or leg presses.  These types of workouts will not make your muscles smaller but actually make them bigger!! in order to slim down calf muscles you need to burn extra calories so doing light, but longer, cardio is ideal. What you want to do is try Yoga, Pilates, and other low intensity workouts that focus on balance and flexibility.  This is how you elongate the calf muscles and make them slimmer.

Certain foods are especially good at protecting the brain, nerve cells and blood vessels from the damage of aging.
Crossword puzzles alone won’t save your brain and protect it from ageing, though they will help. So will the right foods. Here are the top 10 smart foods!!

Have yellow nails?
